Among the fine dining options are Ossiano, an elegant restaurant featuring fine dining and contemporary Catalan-inspired cuisine, including tapas at the bar, inspired by the sea and infused with modern Mediterranean flavours, or Nobu, the first in the Middle East combining cutting-edge Japanese style with American influences by world-renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa. Rostang, a Parisian restaurant owned by famous French chef Michel Rostang, offers a patisserie and contemporary French brasserie cuisine as well as a Wine Bar with over 40 international wines by the glass, continental beers and a fine choice of cigars or visit Ronda Locatelli run by celebrity chef Giorgio Locatelli for sophisticated trattoria-style Italian cooking from brick-oven pizzas, antipasti and delicate pastas.
For a casual dining experience the Atlantis has Plato’s, a stylish, sophisticated lounge located just off the main lobby that offers a wide range of international patisseries and savouries or if beachside then The Edge or The Shore offer outdoor bars and grills with a poolside service for lunch or snacks, as well as non-alcoholic and alcoholic signature drinks. At Barracudas and Shark Bites, both located in the water park Aquaventure, you can enjoy burgers, salads, sandwiches and Arabian food, and there are also numerous kiosks throughout the water park serving a selection of healthy and classic snacks. For special occasions you must pay a visit to Seafire Steakhouse, a New York-style steak house serving the finest cuts of beef, including Japanese Wagyu, all-natural grain fed Australian beef, and US Black Angus, prepared to order on a wood-burning grill or pay a visit to Levantine, a Lebanese restaurant with its panoramic show kitchen and belly dancers in the evening.
Another great option for special occasions is Nasimi Beach, open day and night, it is a fusion of entertainment with fashion, great bars with quality dining. Occupying a stunning beachfront location with fully-serviced beach facilities, sun loungers, cabanas and day beds, plus culinary delights from Sushi and Sashimi, Asian delights to Mediterranean favourites, perfectly paired with a great selection of New World wines, cocktails and beers.
