As a home based agent for Holiday Elite you will be joining a first class team of professionals many of whom have been in the travel trade for many years.  The management are some of the most experienced personnel in the telesales and homeworking industry providing ‘First Class’ support for you and your clients.  This support enables you to focus on providing your customer with unparalleled service, enabling you to build a strong and loyal client base.

THE CONCEPT

The constantly evolving telecommunications industry has given us the medium to provide you, the homeworker, with a state of the art travel agency in your own home.  New Media, Satellite/digital TV, Internet and Mobile Phones have made the growth in ‘home-shopping’ increase dramatically to now be the preferred choice for millions of customers.  Most customers wish to avoid visiting the High Street Agency, avoiding parking, queuing and time wasting and like the idea of discussing their own personal holiday details without leaving their own home.

As the homeworker you will provide your customer with the latest up to date offers available, providing value and choice whilst still giving that full professional service.

If you are prepared to offer commitment, are ambitious and self motivated with a good sales background then we do want to hear from you.

HOW MUCH CAN I EARN? (Your income relates directly to your efforts)

On every booking confirmed you will receive a generous percentage of all net commission.  This includes any ancillary sales such as insurance, car hire, airport parking etc.  You will also benefit from extra incentives offered directly to you from tour operators but at this point we must make clear that no directional selling is required from you.  You and your client decide who and what they want to book.  Our sales volume ensures some of the best commissions are offered by tour operators as Holiday Elite is part of the Independence Group, Atba's largest independent travel agent.

The level of commission will vary from 30% to 60%.

So you dictate your own earnings, the more hours you work the more money you can earn.

WILL I BE SUCCESSFUL?

The most asked question at every interview and the hardest to answer.  Only you will know the answer to this question. Are you good at closing that sale?  Are you hungry for the business?  Have you got that special talent of making the customer your own?  Do you take the time to build up a friendly, but professional, relationship with each customer?  Does the freedom of working from your home attract you?  Do you enjoy a challenge?
