For those who prefer Italian delicacies, savour some of your favourites at the Alize Restaurant. This restaurant is open in the evenings between 7.30pm and 10.30pm, for dinner only, and provides diners with views over the hotels garden.
Tao is a stylish dining venue offering a Far Eastern setting and dishes to suit, with sushi and other specialities. The friendly and upbeat service adds to the restaurants appeal which is why there is a service fee added to your bill. Open from 7pm until 10.30pm this is somewhere you must try during your stay at the Hilton Dalaman Resort and Spa.
The Citrus Pool Patisserie & Bar allows guests to take a moment to absorb the summer sun as they sip on a freshly brewed coffee and a crispy pastry. For the children, there is a delicious selection of refreshing ice cream. Open throughout the day from 10am until 6pm and is perfect for a light snack between meals.

Bars:
Alternatively, enjoy the warm and inviting ambience of Pianoforte bar. Whether it’s relaxing with a chilled glass of wine or an exotic cocktail, after a long day, this is the perfect place for relaxing with a drink or two. The bar is designed with a contemporary feel and has proved to be one of the guests favourite, open 24 hours.
The Caraf however specialises in the finest local and international wines. This authentic wine bar is perfect for those who like socialising with friends, relativities and other hotel guests over a bottle of wine. Open from 6pm to 10pm in the evening. After dinner, vacate to the Anisee Raki Bar where you can enjoy a relaxing drink. Join friends, family and other hotel members in this luxury bar and taste the selection of Raki on offer. This bar is open from 7pm until 12am.
Try the Breeze Bar during the day from 10am until midday. The breeze bar is ideal for those seeking a snack without leaving poolside. The menu includes burgers, kebabs, pasta dishes, baked potatoes and various salads.
The Glitter Bar area is one of the finest in the resort. Treat yourself to a platter of fresh oysters and a glass of sparkling Champagne, ideal for those with an acquired taste. Open from 6pm until 10pm, be sure to make a night of it when visiting the Glitter Bar.
